A Playlist To Let Those Emotions GO

Everybody loves a good playlist. I spend most of my time on and off Spotify making new playlists to suit particular moods.

We love a good playlist of all our favourite jams to dance around too, but what about the points where you just wanna have a good cry, wallow in self pity or just feel the feels.

I believe we have to experience all our emotions and that there is nothing wrong with a good little emotional playlist. So in this blog post, I’m sharing some good tunes to relax and just feel to.

Crying Over You – The Band Camino, Chelsea Cutler

Traitor – Olivia Rodrigo

Private Emotion – Ricky Martin & Meja

The Freshmen – The Verve Pipe

Cut Here – The Cure

War Sweater – Wakey!Wakey

The Moment I knew Taylor Swift (as if I wasn’t going to put a Taylor song on my list!)

In Loving Memory – Alter Bridge

Sad Forever – Lauv

Say Something – A Great Big World

Fake Plastic Trees – Radiohead

This Years Love – David Gray

Love is a Compass – Griff

Ode To My Family – The Cranberries

Fall at Your Feet Crowded House

The Living Years – Mike and the mechanics

So feel free to play these songs, have a nice hot bath and if you need a good cry, go for it!

If you have any good suggestions for good songs to help you really feel then leave them in the comments section.
