As I’m sure most of you are aware by now, I am a sucker for manifestations and spiritual stuff, the universe, controlling our mindsets and futures with good manifesting etc etc.
Now don’t get me wrong, from time to time I am a bit of a hypocrite with this as I have had a lot of off days where I really struggle to even take two minutes to chant some positive mantras to myself.
I cannot stress enough how important it is to try and love yourself and encourage yourself to overcome your dark clouds.
So in light of all this, here are a few positive manifestations I have come up with a few that I like to use and hope this might help some of you out there if you need a little encouragement:
I am not a failure and broken. I am learning and mending.
Whatever this is, I can face it.
I AM strong enough to do this.
I can be happy.
I am more powerful then this black cloud.
I am more than the words they say about me.
This depression is temporary.

Of course this is all just a few things for depression in particular to try and help you. If you are really suffering then manifestations are not going to automatically solve the problem and please do talk to someone if you feel depressed.
There are lots of helplines and guidance all round for depression. Don’t feel ashamed, it’s okay not to be okay.
